The guest is entitled to occupy the contracted guestroom of the Ryokan/Hotel
from 3 p.m. to 10 a.m. the next morning. However, in the case when the guest is
accommodated continuously,
the guest may occupy it all day long, except for the days of arrival and
departure. |

(2)Extra Charge
The Ryokan/Hotel may, not with standing the provision prescribed in the
preceding paragraph, permit the guest to occupy the room beyond the time
prescribed in the same paragraph. In this case, extra charge shall be paid
as follows.
i) Up to 3 hours: 3,000 yen per room
ii) Up to 6 hours: 5,000 yen per room
iii) More than 6 hours: 7,000 yen per room |

(3) A child's charge
A child's charge applies to elementary school
children (up to 12 years of age).
i)7 to 12 years
of age: 70% of adult charge shall be required.
ii)3 to 6 years
of age 50% of adult charge shall be required ,
iii)For an infant (2-4years)to whom only bedding 3,000yen shall be charged.
iv)For an infant0-2) to whom
meals and bedding are not provided, 1,000 yen shall be charged.

(4) Early check in:
In this case, extra charge shall be paid as
follows:
From 8:00 a.m. 2,500 yen per room.
From 10:00 a.m. 2,000 yen per room. |
